One of the favourite non-painting activities for the artists is the opportunity the art centre provides members to travel interstate and overseas for exhibition openings. The artists love to see first hand how their paintings are appreciated by a wider audience and how they serve as a means of sharing their culture.
The artists not only enjoy the opportunity to see new places, meet new people, shop for themselves and most importantly their extended families, but also gain an insight into the marketing of their artwork.
