Terms of Sale

Payment to Artist
Artists recieve 50% of the sale price of each painting. The 50% retained by the art centre as commission is used to pay for all materials such as paint, linen, brushes, lunch, artist travel to exhibitions etc as well as all the other costs associated with running the art centre.

Currency
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars.

Purchase Terms
Warlukurlangu Artists endeavors to ensure that all work on the website is available and correctly priced. Following a painting enquiry we will confirm availability as quickly as possible. Should the painting not be available we are happy to provide you with alternative options.

Money Back Guarantee
It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase, if not, we will fully refund you for the value of the artwork, minus postage costs. You must notify the art centre within ten days of receiving the painting. You need only pay the cost of returning the painting to the art centre. The work must be returned in its original condition with all of its accompanying documentation for the guarantee to apply.

Duties & Tax's
Warlukurlangu Artists sells paintings to the public on behalf of the artist on a consignment basis, therefore, paintings sold through Warlukurlangu Artists are GST exempt. When shipping paintings overseas, the purchaser is liable for any other duties or tax's payable specific to the country of import.

Payment Methods
Warlukurlangu accepts Visa and Mastercard only. We also accept payment via cheque and direct bank transfer. Paintings are posted once payment has been confirmed. If paying by bank transfer please ensure that you code your payment with your name and invoice number.

Provenance
We guarantee all work shown is authentic and produced using the highest quality materials. Every painting is accompanied by a signed and dated certificate of authenticity which contains the story of the painting and provides excellent provenance for the artworks.

Insurance & Delivery
All artworks are posted registered Australia Post unless other specific delivery arrangements are made with management. The nearest courier is 300 kms away in Alice Springs. If you require the article in a hurry please notify us and we will do our best to try to process the parcel quickly. Please clearly nominate a delivery address.

Yuendumu has mail days twice a week. We will make every effort to despatch artworks as quickly as possible but can not guarantee delivery times. All works are packed to a high standard and are insured during transit to cover damage or non delivery. If you receive any damaged goods please contact us immediately to arrange a refund or replacement.
